"Wild Heart" Original Painting 24"x18" Gallery Wrapped Canvas Acrylic Mixed Media

This work was inspired by a poem I found. Unfortunately, I don't know who the author is.

 I will never apologize for my wild.
I dare you to look past something as common as skin.

I’m a woman born under the crack of thunder.

Look in my eyes and you will see it, there’s a wild fire that burns within me.
Fear the day I look at you with eyes ablaze.

A smirk dancing barefoot across my lips, for I am on my way.
I have all the power of the universe inside of me. It will bring you trembeling to your knees.

Its an expression of my heart through multiple thin layers pushed along the canvas. Its unpredictable process, left me in doubt and in my head. 

Yet, I surrendered and allowed it to unfold in beautiful calming colors, yet, with movement that can stir things up a bit. Just like the poem.
